Professional Bio

Jenny Chapman is a social worker with more than two decades of experience working in health and hospitals, and has held varying clinical, project and management roles. Currently she leads the Strengthening Hospital Responses to Family Violence program at the Royal Women’s Hospital in Melbourne, and is the project lead for a Victoria-wide antenatal screening for family violence project. Jenny has also completed a community fellowship with the University of Melbourne reviewing the evidence base for family violence clinical champions in hospitals, and was a member of the research team for the SUSTAIN study, which provides an evidence-informed model for sustainable screening for family violence in antenatal care.
